Graphic Design and illustration

For this project I was asked to create a brand Identity for a small air conditioning and refrigeration company. He wanted his brand to look professional and appeal to a mature audience. The client wanted the logo for his company to be modern and recognisable without being too derivative of other competing companies 

The prompt for this project was to create a logo for a brand using motion type. Using this prompt I made a mock-up record company called melted records. The main focal point of the logo is the 'O' which is a vinyl record that is melting.
